Getting started

Download hasby alarm, then pair your tag in the app.

Stick the tag where you do wudhu, away from your bed.

Set your alarm. When it rings, get up and tap your phone on the tag to stop it.

My alarm didn't ring

Make sure your phone is switched on and charged overnight.

When the app asks, allow alarms and notifications for hasby alarm.

Check your alarm is switched on in the app.

My tag won't scan

iPhone: hold the top of your phone against the tag.

Android: turn on NFC in your phone's settings.

If it still doesn't work, let us know at salam@hasby.co and we'll help.

I can't change my alarm

In the 2 hours before your alarm, the app locks it, so you can't switch it off half asleep.

Tap your tag to unlock it.

Your order

Tags are posted within 7 days. It's one per household.

For anything about your order, email salam@hasby.co from the email address you ordered with.

Your data

Everything the app saves stays on your phone. Delete the app and it's gone.
