Privacy Policy
hasby alarm is a free no-snooze alarm for Fajr and Tahajjud, made by the hasby team (Preco Group Ltd, "hasby", "we", "us"). This policy covers the hasby alarm app, our website and ordering a tag.
The short version: there's no account, and nothing you do in the app leaves your phone. We only see your details if you order a tag.
What the app stores
To work, the app saves a few things on your phone: your alarm settings (time, label, sound, theme and clock format), the ID of the tag you've paired, and your wake-up history, such as which days you got up and how long it took. All of this stays on your phone. We never receive it.
Your tag
When you tap your tag, the app reads the tag's unique ID to check it's your tag. That's the only thing it reads, and the ID stays on your phone.
Permissions
The app asks for permission to set alarms, send notifications and use NFC, so it can ring on time and recognise your tag. It does not use your location, camera, microphone or contacts.
Third parties
The app has no advertising, analytics, crash reporting or tracking, and it doesn't send your data to any server.
Ordering a tag
When you order a free tag, checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email and delivery address so we can post your tag. Your card details go to Stripe and we never see them.
We share your address only with the postal service that delivers your tag, and we never sell, share or trade your details with anyone else. We keep order details only as long as we need to send your tag and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Our website
Our website, hasby.co, keeps simple anonymous counts so we can see what's useful: which pages are opened, which buttons are tapped, how far people scroll, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer), the website or app that linked to us, and your time zone, which we use to estimate the country. We don't use cookies, and the counts don't include your name, email or IP address, so they can't identify you. They're stored with Supabase and only we can see them.
Contacting us
If you send feedback from the app, it opens your own email app. We only receive what you choose to send us.
Deleting your data
App data: everything the app saves is stored on your phone, so deleting the app removes it completely.
Order details: email salam@hasby.co and we'll delete them, except anything we're legally required to keep. If so, we'll tell you.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any right, or to ask a question, email salam@hasby.co.
Children
hasby alarm is intended for a general audience. If you believe a child has given us personal data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the date above when we do.
