Welcome to hasby. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What hasby is
hasby is a free tool to help you track acts of worship and personal goals, break bad habits, and build consistency — optionally alongside a private Circle. It's a companion to your worship, not a replacement for knowledge or scholarly guidance.
It's free
hasby is provided free of charge. There is no paid tier and no advertising. We may add, change, or remove features over time as we improve the app.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up.
Using it well
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or access it in unauthorised ways.
- Only invite people into a Circle who are happy to take part.
Religious content
hasby helps you record and reflect on your worship, but the responsibility for your worship — and for verifying any religious detail — remains your own. When in doubt, refer to a trusted scholar or your local masjid.
Our content
The hasby name, design, and software are ours. You may use the app for your personal worship and goals, but please don't copy or resell it.
No warranty
hasby is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Ending use
You can stop using hasby and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the date above when we do.
