Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

hasby is a free daily-deeds companion app, operated by the hasby team ("hasby", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and why. It mirrors the privacy information shown inside the app.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. As you use the app, we store your deed-tracking data, streaks, habits, and scores. If you join a Circle, your display name and points are visible to your circle members.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to power the hasby app — to save your progress, sync across your devices, and enable Circle features. We do not sell, share, or trade your data with any third party.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored securely via Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Third parties

We do not use advertising networks, analytics trackers, or third-party marketing tools.

Deleting your account & data

You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app: open Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data, and cannot be undone.

You can also request deletion by emailing salam@hasby.co — we'll action it and delete all data associated with your account. We only retain data where strictly required for security or legal reasons, and we tell you if so.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any right, or to ask a question, email salam@hasby.co.

Children

hasby is intended for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided us personal data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the date above when we do.
